People Born With Tails

There are 12 million people on the planet right now living with vestigial tails, long hairless extensions of the spine that appear to serve no purpose. Scientists are unsure what causes them, but theories range from birth defects, a mutation by chance, a hidden gene, or some remnant of an evolutionary process.
